INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Favorite Condo in Florida

In general, I love staying at this condo. It is large and very comfortable. I really like having the parking for this condo on the third level of the building. A short walk takes you to the elevators, then a quick ride up to the 5th floor. Another short walk to the front door. Incredibly convenient and easy. I love that the condo has been completely updated: each bedroom has its own walk-in tiled shower. Comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen with a great refrigerator and granite counters. The patio of this condo is simply awesome, with beach-front views and lots of comfortable outdoor furniture . We watched the sunset every night from that patio … absolutely amazing. All that said, here are a few nit-picky complaints:- a whole cupboard filled with cheap and ugly plastic glassware. Some glass glasses, but not many.- the initial supply of toilet paper from Panhandle Getaways is, well, awful. Sandpaper quality. I had to replace it with Charmin.- I have stayed in this condo for three separate years. Each year, I have had to buy my own Kleenex. Really?- Each year, I have had to buy my own bottle of Finish for the dishwasher. Geez. Have you never heard of Finish?Well, like I said, these are nit-picky things, but just annoying. Doesn’t matter …. I still love this condo and will continue to stay here.

We rented this unit and it was perfect! It has a bigger deck than the other units- it’s huge and you get the best view of the sunsets! The beds were so comfortable that I wanted to find the exact same one for our master bedroom. The unit has been upgraded with tile throughout, new showers, and new furniture. This was the best unit we have rented. The condo is in a great location in my opinion- it’s close to pier park, shops within walking distance and lots of restaurants. The beach is beautiful and isn’t too crowded either. We will rent this unit out again for sure!

This condo is absolutely beautiful!! Lots of room for our family! Huge balcony to view the beautiful sunset. Tile in all rooms so no nasty sandy carpet. All new tiled showers. The beds have new mattresses too and they are very comfortable. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to stay again.
