INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Beautiful View!

The condo has a bright and clean aesthetic due to the update in March of 2023. There is some wear and tear showing, cracked caulk and the line, but the furniture is comfortable and the view is just amazing! Not related to the unit, but the condo building's garage is a tight squeeze if you have a large SUV. The open parking for the building across the street is a much better parking experience.

Spring Break!! We have stayed at plenty of condos at PCB but this one was the most stunning and cozy condos of them all. It was clean and decorated with luxury beach touches throughout the entire condo. We will definitely book this condo again.

This newly renovated condo was beautifully done. The color palette, furnishings and decor is very modern, clean, and high end. Clearly no expense was spared on this project. The furnishings were as comfortable as they were beautiful and the condo had a very light and airy look and feel. When vacationing at a beautiful spot, it made the experience even more enjoyable and special when our accommodations were beautiful as well. The location is convenient to everything (just 2 miles from Pier Park) and the West End of the beach is more quiet and peaceful than further east. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this amazing condo and we definitely will be back to 1204 Tropic Winds!
