PARKING
There is a registration fee due to the resort that you must register for online prior to arrival. This covers any necessary parking passes and wristbands. The HOA does charge an additional $10 + tax in the event you wait until check in day to register.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Wonderful Condo!

This has been the perfect condo. We truly loved it. We had no problem at all. I was so worried about the elevators and it has been no issue at al. We are leaving the beginning of March so I’m sure it will get busier but for our stay, no problem. Panhandle Getaway employees are all so friendly and was greeted with a friendly smile every day. We ate at “Wave’s” , the restaurant right here in the building and it was good also. Would definitely stay here again and we only want this condo. Thank you.
