INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

We loved the unit and the decor. It was tastefully decorated and very comfortable.We had issues with understanding the TV stations and asked for direction at the front desk. They did contact maintenance and asked them to help us with it. We never got a response or assistance from maintenance. However. We explained the problem we were having with another guest at Summerhouse when we were in The lobby. She showed us how to get on the cable network and after one full week there we were able to watch cable…and not just streaming networks.(we do not stream)There is a broken leg on the sofa. We had a call on January 21 that maintenance would be there on January 22nd between 11 am and 4 pm to repair it. When we checked out, January the 30th (2 days early) maintenance had never been there.We have been staying at summerhouse for the past 11 years and always try to stay in a wrap! The only problem we can see with Summerhouse is the maintenance department.We would like for you to let the owner of 415C know we enjoyed their beautiful condo and were very comfortable there.Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachside condo! The panoramic view of the ocean is absolutely stunning and was the highlight of our trip. The beds were very comfortable, and the condo itself was spotless and tastefully decorated. The kitchen could use some updating, particularly the pots, pans, and other kitchen items, but everything was still functional and manageable for our needs. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this condo again in the future! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway.

Great Views & Beach Access

We had a great experience at The Summer House while traveling for a soccer tournament. It was off-season so it was quite empty and peaceful. The facilities could use some TLC as it is aging a bit, but the condo we stayed in had been remodeled a good bit and presented itself very well. Getting an end/corner unit was a great decision. Our patio had morning and evening views and a view of the pool area. The Summer House is located further east toward the Naval facility, so it is away from the busier areas of the beach. We would stay there again!
