About Prominence on 30A - Watersound, Florida
Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.

Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk.

Prominence is centrally located on 30A between Seagrove and Seaside to the west and Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Beautiful condo in a great neighborhood. Location is very good, just across the street from food and entertainment. Golf cart makes going to the beach very convenient.

I loved the the location! Comfy condo and beautifully decorated. Back porch was a great place to read and relax. Condo had everything we needed for a fantastic weekend away. Looking forward to staying here again.

This 3 bedroom townhome was beautifully decorated and furnished. The kitchen was fully stocked and the furniture and appliances appeared brand new. The large balcony has plenty of seating and is very private. The master and bunk room beds are comfortable. The queen bed is very firm. Bring a mattess topper If you prefer softer. The golf cart was there but there were no keys or tags on it so we couldn’t use it. The property manager did remedy this by providing a rental cart free of charge. It wasn’t as nice as the one provided with the unit but it got us around. The extra cart sitting in the garage made parking a little complicated. All in all it was a very nice stay and we would absolutely rent this condo again in the future..
