PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS***
We welcome well-trained non-shedding dogs weighing 30lbs or less to stay in this home. A daily pet fee will be charged after your reservation is made, should you decide to bring a furry friend (this includes emotional support animals). We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate-trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations, any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. Please no cats for allergenic reasons.

NOTE: Use of the owners 6 Beach Chairs, 1 Umbrella, Beach Toys, and Beach Wagon are included with your stay. However, should any item become lost or should a chair become unavailable due to loss, broken, does not function or if it is just not your style or similar there will be no refund as the use provided is at the courtesy of the owner.

Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.

Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

We had an amazing stay at this beach rental! The home was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The community pool was a huge hit with our family, offering a great place to cool off after a day at the beach. The golf cart made getting to Deer Lake beach access a breeze, making it so convenient to enjoy the stunning white sand and clear water.The owners have thought of every detail, including step stools for little ones, which made the space even more family-friendly. We also loved starting our mornings on the peaceful back deck with coffee, soaking in the quiet and coastal breeze.Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and convenient beach getaway! We can’t wait to come back.

It had everything we needed and the bunk room was great for our kids. It was also really convenient that the house had beach toys, chairs, rafts, etc available for us to use while we were there. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning.
