Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Last summer getaway with the family before school started back! Property was as stated online exactly. Very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed/wanted. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, all the comforts of home and a perfect girlfriend catchup getaway. So many good places to explore or just find a quiet spot to chill and catchup. Comfortable beds and amazing kitchen.

We have really enjoyed our stay here at The Rayburn House in Providence 30A. When we first arrived, we had a hard time locating our house following our GPS, but we saw a Panhandle Van on another street. The staff member, Fox, told us how to get to our house and even went above and beyond when he drove right over to be sure we found it after giving us the directions. We also really like Jody who came to my rescue on a curtain rod issue our first night there. We’ve seen her in the neighborhood and she always stops to ask how we are doing and asking if we need anything. Such nice team members. We will definitely be using Panhandle Getaways in the future!
