About Prominence on 30A - Watersound, Florida
Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.

Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk.

Prominence is centrally located on 30A between Seagrove and Seaside to the west and Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

This house and the area is a perfect getaway spot to visit and create those beautiful memories with your loved ones!! My family and I have visited this house several times and we enjoyed our stay so much. We go right across the street for some shopping, food and entertainment! They have a golf cart to go down the way a bit and set up by the beach, and bikes to ride for the whole family!! We look forward to our next trip.

Where do we begin.. perfect getaway for my birthday. Easy to get to, the rental property was in a great location! Lots to do in both directions of 30A. Immaculate condo.. bikes and golf cart provided was a plus! Definitely be back to this unit again. Thx

Such a great getaway! This house is perfectly decorated and we had so much fun with our stay. Definitely recommend walking across to the big chill loads of fun! We rode our bikes everywhere and just had a blast! Will be going back.

We stayed with our Family of four. The location was great right next to the pool and the Big Chill. Our two young boys love riding the bikes every afternoon around the neighborhood. Having a golf cart and all the stuff needed to go to the beach was amazing. The House was pristine and very clean upon arrival. We will definitely be back. We Love 30A! Great Place!

Our family takes a few weekend vacations yearly and this by far has been the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed in. It was immaculately maintained. It had everything we needed for the beach including our ride (golf cart) which came in handy to be able to ride around and see some places. What was really cool about this place was how all the neighbors welcome you. My daughters rode the bikes they had in garage with other kids from other condos in neighborhood. We will never hesitate to stay here. Oh and one more thing this place is decorated perfectly

What a beautiful rental and had everything you needed. And located in the perfect place to go on 30A on bikes or walk to beaches and The HUB so much for. Will be back here!!!
