Pet Friendly Stipulations
We welcome well-trained dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damage that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. One dog allowed under 25 pounds.

PARKING - 2 Parking Spots Only - No parking is allowed on the street in front of the house or on any street within the neighborhood per the Prominence HOA.

ABOUT PROMINENCE ON 30A - WATERSOUND, FLORIDA
Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.

Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk.

Prominence is centrally located on 30A between Seagrove and Seaside to the west and Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

BEST trip ever at the Best place ever. This girls trip was exactly what we needed! Way cheaper than therapy! The owners of this house thought of everything to make our stay the most memorable trip!!! From the beautiful home, to the amazing golf cart, to the list we asked of must see and do's! Talk about a fabulous time!!!! IF you have not stayed here you are missing out on the BEST time ever. This is located close to so many different beaches, to the BIG CHILL (so much fun), restaurants, shopping centers, and everything in between! So many memories were made and we already are planning our next trip!!!Thanks so much to these amazing owners. We had the time of lives, so many giggles and laughs!!! Can't thank you enough for the flamazing vacay!

Our group of five (ages 50-65) recently stayed at Coastal Hip-Nautic. This immaculate condo is beautifully decorated in fun beachy decor. Everything a vacation home should be! The surrounding neighborhood has such a safe and secure feel. We felt safe walking after dark to the pool and The Big Chill. Easy access to the beach with (owner supplied) golf cart. We had so much fun on that golf cart! The owner was wonderful! He was great to recommend dining options and was quick to respond to the thousand questions we had about the area. This home was our sanctuary & the perfect place for our girl’s trip. I came back mentally and spiritually refreshed. So many precious memories made on this trip. Highly Recommend!

Our time in Prominence was absolutely the best! The house was beautiful, clean, and supplied with literature to support the best eating places and entertainment ideas in this Coastal Hip-Nautic area! We had access to the golf cart, bikes, beach supplies and a cozy place to sleep. The beach vibes and coastal vibes met us as soon as we arrived. This was the most relaxing place and the best time we had making memories! We loved every single bit of it and appreciated the opportunity to spend time together here!!!

I went with 4 of my friends whom i teach with. Two of them are retired. The house was gorgeous and the perfect layout for us. We loved how close it was to the Big Chill and the pool! We had a blast riding on the golf cart just to cruise around and explore and drive it to the beach. The house had a great beach vibe and was spotless. THe kitchen had everything a person could need. From plates, glasses, and even a high chair if needed. We loved just relaxing at the end of the day with some board games to end out night. The house was quiet, peacful, and relaxing. We also loved how beach chairs, umbrella, and other beach items were available for us to use. We are already talking about another trip and staying in this house again. We are "Beach Girls".

My daughter booked this for Mother's day weekend for us and her Mother-in law. It had so many amenities. Golf Cart, beach stuff, Beach Wagon, Games. The list goes on and on. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We have stayed in this area before and this Condo was the best!!

Our family of 5 had a great time in Prominence! The home and hosts were absolutely fantastic. They were responsive and very helpful with where to go and what to do.Loved having the bikes and golf cart at our disposal.Was so wonderful to have beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and towels available so we did not need to buy or pack. This was our first time in the area and we loved it! Beautiful comfy home, fresh and beachy decor. Could tell that the hosts take great pride in their property!

Staying at Coastal Hip-Nautic in Inlet Beach, Florida was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming coastal vibes and impeccable attention to detail. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and easy access to pristine beaches. Just a stones throw from Rosemary Beach! The accommodations were stylish, modern, and incredibly comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious bedding to the fully equipped kitchen. The hosts were very friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. We can't wait to return to Coastal Hip-Nautic for another unforgettable experience!

We felt at home the minute we walked in the door. It was very clean and adorably decorated; it looked just like the pictures. The townhome was spacious for our group of 5 and conveniently located a 3-minute walk to the” Big Chill/Hub” area, which had pretty much all the entertaining extras. From my morning coffee to cocktails at night, there were little shops, restaurants, and food trucks, and we got to enjoy a huge DJ party for all ages at the covered amphitheater with lounge areas and seating. We even walked upon the Panhandle office at the Hub, and they were so helpful in guiding us to some outdoor activities. This property was perfectly located and close to the pool, which was visible from the back deck. The bonus was what we found in the garage closet: a wagon, chairs, and items we needed for the beach! What a surprise.This was a last-minute family trip for my son before he headed to college, and he had a ball venturing out with the other teens on vacation. Prominence on 30A and Crab Island was close enough and certainly a hit! This property was absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough great things about our stay here. Everything was perfect—location, amenities, and effortless check-in and check-out procedures. I hope to come back again one day!

Consistently amazing. This was our 4th year staying with Panhandle Getaways. Everything is perfect. Location is so convenient. This house was bright, super clean and absolutely comfortable. The included golf was fun! We love their properties and perks and can't wait to come back and visit in 2024.

Excellent family Home close to hub and beaches. Easy check-in process and great communication with the property manager. Easy walk to The BIG CHILL and a short golf cart ride to the beach and short drive to seaside. The house was very clean and the proximity to the pool is amazing. Our first beach bonfire. It was the best time! You will absolutely love this house and its location to everything on 30A! We will be back again soon.

Great restaurants in either direction, The Hub across the street had good food and drinks, live music! Very fast responses, pool was great, golf carts are so handy!

This home (Coastal Hip-Nautic) is everything we imagined and more. The home has been completely redone including new furniture and bedding. The home is just 2 doors away from the main pool in Prominence North and a short walk to the restaurants shops at the BIG CHILL. The 6 seater golf cart is also new and worked great for us to take a 4 min ride down to Deer Lake to the beach. Cant wait until our next trip as we look forward to staying in Prominence and likely at Coastal Hip-Nautic. This place is close, clean, well decorated and simply amazing.
