Great property. Very nice appliances. Lovers the walk in shower. Great location close to everything, restaurants & shopping. I highly recommend this property when traveling to Destin.

I can't believe I failed to do a review on this wonderful little gem of a home. I only just realized it as I was looking it up for another visit in "22. There was so much to love... From the street level entry, being close to drop off/parking lot to the fabulous view! The location is great and while overall, the resort is a little older you'd never know it from inside this unit. The owners have done a lovely job of updating and decorating. We had everything we needed for our stay and truly felt at home. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen while being able to take in the view. We're both very picky about beds and this one was fantastic! The pillows as well. At least 1 of our 111 grandchildren usually travel with us but this was a trip for just us two; however, the adorable built-in bunks along the long hallway instantly made us wish they were there. The only things that put a slight hitch in our stay was no laundry inside the unit and the terribly small shower in the 3/4 bath. It was reminiscent of a RV shower. I'm quite petite and struggled in it some thigh t my larger husband seemed fine with it. Those were so trivial in light of everything else that it is not a deal breaker for staying again. The resort itself was nice enough, the pools were clean and huge and the little tiki bar was a nice touch. Hopefully it was due to them just getting back into the swing of things from covid-19 but they were really inconsistent with opening/closing times on those two features and we found ourselves surprised to see the hut closing down as early as 5 pm one day and being shooed from the pool 2-3 hours before the posted closing times. My husband was a little sad that there was just three one hot tub but it was large enough to accommodate a decent sized crowd though another would've been nice. All in all, we LOVE DESTIN and THIS CONDO! We can hardly wait to return and for much longer. 3 nights is NOT enough.

Beautiful updated condo! Furnishings were amazing. Great kitchen had everything we needed. Unbeatable 1st floor location. Will definitely be back!

So close to the beach!!

We picked this condo because it was on the bottom floor but we didn’t realize how close it was to the beach until we got there!! Literally within feet from the beach! We loved the location and the lay out and we felt very safe staying here. We loved it and can’t wait to go back!!
