Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Excellent Stay

We had the best stay for Spring break. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and beds were cozy including the bunks. Our teens felt safe and we loved how close we were to Pier Park, beach amenities such as jet skiing and the banana boats, and the fire pits around the pool. Beach service was perfect with chairs included and every staff member we met was so friendly. The coffee shop right across the street has a great little menu, our elevator lines in this tower rarely had a wait, and the pools with the tiki bar was such a great bonus. We can’t wait to visit again. We met some really awesome kids and families.

Stayed 5 nights in May 2024 - This location was awesome! It was just as advertised and very comfortable. The daily beach accommodations were extremely nice. We also enjoyed the pools for late night swimming and for the one day we had double red flag warning and couldn't swim at the beach. It was an easy walk to Pier Park for shopping, dinner and sunset walks on the pier. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed 14 nights in Feb 2024 - Everything here was just like the pictures. The place was extremely clean with all the amenities including beach chairs. They also had a list of other activities that was already paid for and you could do them every day which was really nice. A great view from the balcony. I come down once a year for 2 to 3 weeks. I will definitely try to re-rent this place as often as I can.

Stayed 4 nights - My wife and I enjoyed our stay at 903e. The location cannot be beat and the view from the condo is worth every penny. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. I loved having 2 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer in the unit. Also plenty of space to just relax. We hope to book it again in the future.

My husband and I stayed here during a very rainy week but the view of the beach was worth it. The Keurig machine broke on the second day and with a quick text message to the managing company, a new one was delivered the same day. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook when we didn't want to go out. There is a movie theatre across the street which we frequented due to the rain and enough choices of restaurants in the area in addition to Uber Eats delivery service. Very nice unit and would recommend.
