Parking at Calypso Resort - There is a Registration Fee of $60.00 per vehicle paid directly to the resort association which includes one parking pass. Additional passes may be requested but cannot be guaranteed due to limited availability.

NOTE: Use of owners 2 beach chairs and umbrella are included with your stay. However, should any item become lost or should a chair become unavailable due to loss, broken, does not function or similar, there will be no refund as the use provided is at the courtesy of the owner.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

This was by far my favorite trip, felt like home! Such a beautiful condo, the patio was my all time go to! The view was unbelievable!

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

We stayed here for an event in town with my parents and teenagers. This newly renovated condo was the nicest one I have ever stayed at in any location and great for all ages. My parents enjoyed the views and low floor for stairs or elevator access. The corner unit views are great. The kids enjoyed the bunk room. I enjoyed that there were many things within walking distance (pier park) and both Walmart and Target were nearby if you forgot anything. The unit is not huge, but feels very spacious. The bedrooms are separated for privacy. The owners have thought of everything you could need to enjoy your stay. I spoke with Mr. Carter (the owner) twice on the ring doorbell, once by accident and once on purpose and he was very nice and accommodating each time. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We had a great time. The location was perfect. We had a car, but we didn’t need it. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go which was mainly pier Park, and all the restaurants and bars. We were also close to the pier and fished off at one day. My wife and her girlfriends Enjoyed the beach. Great ocean front views. The kids love the bottom grade. There were four bucks and each had their own USB plugs and lights for their gadgets. Plus they had a TV. We plan to go back next year.

5 stars. Great experience. The condo was just totally remodeled. The 3rd bedroom has built in custom 4 bunk beds. The kids had a blast. Large big screen TVs, in every room, the air was cool, and everything was nice and new. This is a corner unit with a wrap around balcony. 2nd floor so you can take the stairs to avoid the elevators. And a great surprise was two chairs and umbrella at the beach. And we were across from Pier Park with lots of eating, drinking and things for the kids to do. We will be back. .

Oceanfront luxury condo with endless conveniences

All of the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and are en-suite, the showers are pristine, the kitchen has brand new appliances, the balcony was surprisingly very large with multiple seating choices and the view is the million dollar view that so many people dream for. Our beach chairs (2) were included in our cost for the condo. There are so many restaurants and stores that are a short walk and there is something for everyone. Everyone is so friendly and helpful at the condo building. The tiki hut was my favorite place. The female bartender was hilarious and made outstanding drinks. She's very popular! This is the nicest rental condo I've ever stayed at. The bunk room is great for adults or kids because the mattress size is larger than a single. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and is a good distance from the kids in the bunk room. The master bedroom is ocean front and also gorgeous. We are talking about when we can return to re-experience a condo that is more like a home only including beautiful sunsets, crystal clear blue water and soft white sand.
