This family friendly beach vacation home includes access to the 12,000 sq. ft. community pool. While the property is across the street from the beach, it is a very short walk to the beach and the community provides beach tram service in season ( March - Oct )

PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS

We welcome well trained dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. ADDITIONAL PET FEE APPLIES & IS COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING IS MADE.

We had an amazing vacation in the Snazzy Crab!

The house accommodated all of our needs, it was beautiful, spacious and clean. Our favorites were sitting one of the two decks, having bikes available to use anytime (which we did A LOT), and using the tram shuttle for trips to and from the beach. After the beach each day, our group headed to the pool. The location of Seaside is pristine, and we LOVED being nestled between Rosemary and Alys beach and all they each have to offer. We had a large family dinner just a short drive down 30A at Old Florida Fish House and it was AMAZING. Mr. Hibachi came another night and cooked a delicious hibachi meal right at the Snazzy Crab! Also enjoyed a night ride to Peddler's Square to grab a pizza at Pizza By the Sea while we listened to live music. Each morning began with either coffee at Fonville Press or a smoothie at Raw and Juicy. I only left last week, but I am ready to plan my next trip back.

We had invited our family for Christmas and then learned our new home in the area wasn’t going to be ready in time so we were so thankful to find the Snazzy Crab. It is so thoughtfully appointed and the neighborhood is quiet, friendly and convenient. My 87 year old dad enjoyed walking te neighborhood while my daughters loved riding bikes and visiting local shops and the farmers market. The lovely beach is walking (or quick tram ride) to watch the sunset. Having our dogs comfortable with us was so nice for all of us. Perfect stay. We were there for three weeks and we all loved everything. The property mgmt team was quick to respond to questions and provide a new toaster when the existing one stopped working. Highly recommend!

Great house and location

This house was beautiful and clean. The location was close enough to walk to the beach but you could also have a golf cart pick you up if you didn’t want to walk. The pool was amazing and really close to the house. The area has shops and restaurants all within walking distance. We stayed with another family and had plenty of room. The kitchen had all you would need to cook with, plus a grill out back. We will definitely return again!
