How are rental rates determined?

Our experienced revenue management team determines rental rates based on the specific market your home is in. We monitor and assess rates daily, adjusting as necessary to ensure we’re getting our homeowners the best possible return on their property investment.

How are cleaning fees calculated?

Cleaning fees are based on several factors, including the home’s square footage, number of bedrooms and sleeping arrangements. Reach out, and we will be happy to provide you with an estimate.

How are your homeowner’s paid? What about taxes?

Rental income is deposited by the 10th of each month via Direct Deposit. We send a detailed monthly statement, showing all fiscal activity from the previous month.

Panhandle Getaways will register your unit and pay Florida State Sales and Use Tax, Applicable County & Tourist Tax and any other applicable taxes such as PCB License Fees under our umbrella Tax ID on a monthly basis.

How do you handle damaged or broken items?

We have Safely® short-term rental insurance attached to every reservation for damage protection and peace of mind for your investment. Each reservation carries a mandatory non-refundable damage waiver fee, which covers liability plus accidental or intentional damage up to a certain amount.

Will I have a single point of contact?

Yes! We assign every homeowner a dedicated property manager, available to you as needed.
