However, should any item become lost or should a bike become unavailable due to loss, flat tire or similar there will be no refund as the use provided is at the courtesy of the owner. About Prominence on 30A - Watersound, Florida
Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.

Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk.

Prominence is centrally located on 30A between Seagrove and Seaside to the west and Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

The house was perfect!! The only complaint was no wifi but that is not all bad when you are on vacation.

Perfect in every respect

I can't say enough good things about Happi Nest. From start to finish our stay was perfect. The apartment was beautifully decorated with extremely comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. My daughters loved the queen sized bunk beds. I genuinely can't think of anything that could be improved. We are already looking to rebook for next summer. My advice? Go ahead and book Happi Nest, it will be the best decision you've made in a long time.

Happy-Nest was everything we could’ve wanted and more! The owners thought of everything. Beautifully decorated!! The master shower is to die for. Our kids raved of how much they enjoyed riding the bikes in the neighborhood in the evenings. And my most favorite memories were made on the golf cart trips to Seaside. So much fun!! Beach access is a little tricky and not close, but having the golf cart and bikes made it ok. The pool was great and Hub across the street was a blast. We will definitely be back to Happi-Nest.
