INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Relaxing getaway

Love this beautiful home. It was perfect for my friends and I to meet up for a long weekend. It was a great location to all the great locations and beaches were so easy to get to on the bikes. Beds are comfy and accommodations were so nice. Loved all the windows and sitting area! We will definitely be back!

We've stayed at a few different houses in Magnolia by the Sea but this one is our favorite. The house is super cozy, meticulously clean, and has an incredibly well-stocked kitchen (pots/pans/utensils/knives/plates/glassware) for cooking at home. It had everything you could possibly think of in regards to cooking - down to a muffin tin. Loved having use of the four bikes. Super soft blankets in every room. Ultra comfy beds. Crisp, clean decor. Looks like there is TONS of beach stuff to utilize in the warmer months.

Charming! Just got back from our little trip from the beach. Suite Escape was the perfect home for our family. Loved the location, close to the pool and walked to the beach.. made sure to stop for local fresh Popsicle's @ the Watersound Provisions Shop. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, loved the addition to fresh coffee in the master suite. The bathrooms were perfect & shiny with great fixtures. Great home to relax and enjoy 30a.

Great location, beautiful house, and very clean! The house sleeps 10 comfortably, and is very spacious. It’s within walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The master bedroom is awesome with a great balcony area. Will definitely be staying again!

Wow!! I cannot say enough great things about this property! The home is GORGEOUS inside and out. The owners have done a remarkable job with decor and providing everything to make you feel right at home. There are two amazing outdoor areas that my family spent most of our time at. One amazing screened in porch off the living room, we spent most of our evenings and ate most of our meals here! One additional covered porch off the main master, perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. There is a neighborhood pool only a couple minutes walking distance and the beach access is a 5 minute bike ride or 10 minute walk. My family can’t wait to come back! We will be using this location for our annual family trip.
