PET FRIENDLY W/STIPULATIONS
We welcome well trained dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. ADDITIONAL PET FEE APPLIES & IS COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING IS MADE. This includes emotional support animals.

Loved having the golf cart and bikes. Beds are very comfortable. Lots of extras in the house that most places don’t have. Right across from the pool. Great location! Would love to stay here again.

We had a fantastic trip! The pool was one of our favorites with our 18 month old toddler due to the shallow wading area. We were close to all the attractions- Rosemary, Seaside, etc. Great location, very clean place and plenty of room! We plan to book again for October 2022 and introduce 30A to friends and family.

Perfect Multiple Family Vacation Home

Shore Things was the PERFECT vacation home for our multi-generation family. With 3 large king bedrooms and a 6 bed bunk room, everyone had their own personal space and bathrooms. But the common family room/dining/kitchen was an amazing space to gather for meals, movies and games!We used the golf cart to transport the tent, chairs and coolers to the beach and then rode bikes back and forth throughout the day.The amenities for the house provided everything for a comfortable, stress-free vacation.As we are settling in back home, we are already coordinating dates for next year's stay!
