Property bands must be worn at all times.
Fitness Center - Hours 7AM-10PM - Users must wear non-slip, athletic shoes, shirts and proper attire for exercise and appearing in public. Wet swimsuits, flip flops, bare feet or sock feet are not proper. The Association provides no supervision and users enter and use the facility at their own risk. Users must report any unsafe condition immediately to the property manager or a member of the Board. Users must wipe down the equipment after each use.
Tower 1 & 2 amenities are not available to guests staying in Tower 3
Grills - Use of outdoor grills will be allowed only in areas designated as safe and appropriate by the Board. No grilling shall take place on balconies or porches/patios.

Open Monday to Sunday (9AM-10PM)

Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times - diapers are not permitted in the pool at any time
Swimming attire must be appropriate for appearing in public. Denim shorts and thongs are not allowed within the pool area, and any persons not dressed appropriately will be asked to leave - Children not potty trained must wear "swimmies" or similar protective pants
Flotation devices, balls, noodles, toys, and other objects may not be allowed in the pool area
Diapers are not permitted in the pool at any time
