It is ideally located on the sought-after 4th floor of the West tower, with easy access to the elevators that bring guests directly to the children’s water park and hot tub. It has extra space near the entrance door that allows for your beach gear and an extremely well-equipped kitchen and balcony. The condo is extremely functional, including both a Keurig and standard coffee maker, in-unit washer and dryer, adequate storage and lounging space for up to 6 guests, blow dryers, makeup mirrors, iron, ironing board, and additional pantry space for groceries.

We will definitely be booking our future beach trips with Jody. She is an amazing host. The condo is very nice, clean, spacious and has beautiful view of the beach. The location is convenient to shops and restaurants. Jody also provides many insights on things to do, dining suggestions and shopping. We had everything we needed and can’t wait for our next beach trip!

We have stayed at this condo multiple times over the years. Jody is always great to work with. She is available and responsive, so I never worry about a thing. The condo is always clean and comfortable. Having two full bathrooms is great. The views from the balcony are amazing. We eat meals on the table on the porch and watch sunsets on the comfy couch out there. If you come during the season that they have beach service, the guys are always friendly and helpful. It's also nice to be able to use the stairs to go to and from the beach and pool. The workout room has a pretty view and the shaded splash zone is fun for the kiddos.

Cleanest condo ever!!

This condo is probably one of the cleanest and well maintained condo we have ever stayed in. I’m really amazed how well furnished if all things it is! We typically stay in 3 Br 3 ba units but this was a quick getaway for only 6 of us! Fit 6 perfectly! Much cleaner and more “kitchen” items than the big units we stay in! Thank you to the owners for making our trip perfect!!

Feels like a dreamhome

This condo is one of the best seaside apartments our family stayed at. Everything at 405W whispers “relax and feel like at home”. The rooms are cozy, neat and stylish, the amenities are enough and refreshed: new kitchen appliances and air-quality thermostat. And the balcony! It’s fully ready for ocean view family dinners, enjoying the scenery at sunset! Though its door is quite heavy to slide, it might be for good if you come with small kids. The whole Splash resort is well-maintained and convenient: from parking at rear to Waverunners on the beach. Kudos to the owners and everyone involved!

Our stay was so nice and cozy! Sunrises and sunsets were perfect. The bed and pillows were so cozy! Our daughter is already requesting to come back to Panama and stay here for her 5th birthday! Keurig machine, Spacious, super clean. What more can you ask for!? We arrived before our check in time and was able to go on and check in, which was super helpful with small kids. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks for all you do!!

What a wonderful vacation! This unit is spacious and very comfortable with its large rooms and two oversized bathrooms. The beachfront balcony is furnished with not only a table and chairs, but also a very comfortable outdoor couch. There wasn’t anything we needed that this unit wasn’t equipped with! The large parking garage kept our car out of the heat and was easily accessed through an enclosed walkway. I’m always concerned about cleanliness when staying somewhere new, but that doesn’t have to be a concern when booking this condo. It was spotless! We can’t wait to go back this year. I would highly recommend!

Everything was amazing and exactly as described. The condo was beautifully decorated and I loved that there were two full bathrooms. The condo was much larger than you normally expect for a one bedroom. The view from the balcony was amazing. The owner gave us so much information and helpful tips, and also checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. I will definitely stay here again.

Best Spring Break Ever

We are a family of 6 consisting of 2 adults and 4 children and this condo was perfect! Everyone was comfortable and the two bathrooms was a huge plus! The condo was clean the perfectly decorated. It’s conveniently located just off the elevator and you’re not so far up that if you need to take the stairs it’s a hassle. The view was amazing and the couch on the balcony had to be my favorite thing…..I could have slept out there!!!! We enjoyed Splash and all of the amenities they offer as well! We could not have ask for a better condo owner! She was only a text or phone call away thru the entire process! She was very informative and helpful each time! So thankful for this memorable spring break with our kiddos staying in this amazing condo! Will definitely be back!

Lap of Luxury - I love this place!

This one-bedroom condo is amazing. The living area is bigger than most beach condos and the furniture is comfortable. The view is spectacular—not too high up in the building so you can see the beach nicely and far enough up not to hear the crowds below. The location of the condo is also perfect. Super close to the elevator but NONE of the elevator noise. In fact, it's strange how we didn't hear a peep out of any of our neighbors. It's very secluded. The fact 2 beach chairs and an umbrella is included with the condo is amazing. I will be coming back to this unit again and again! My home away from home.
