We recently had our 3rd visit at condo 1-1101 and, to be honest, did not want to leave! It's still immaculate and exquisitely furnished, and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. On our one rainy day, our youngster was overjoyed with all the TV selections. Everything we needed to help make our meals was in the kitchen. The A/C and refrigerator were perfectly chilly. The elevators had short wait times, were clean, and parking was simple. Extremely quick and convenient commute to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Morning coffee, planning our day and evening sunset views from the balcony was a daily ritual. We are eager to return!

This was by far the cleanest property I have stayed in. Upon arrival I'm usually unpacking cleaning supplies before I allow any personal baggage to be unloaded. This condo was clean, spacious and just as beautiful as the photos. Access to the beach and nearby shopping were all convenient and took less than 5 minutes to access. The owner was super sweet and management was always responsive with immediate answers to questions. My family and I will definitely stay here for all our vacations if the availability is there! 10/10 recommend!!

We stayed here with all our adult children. Great location. Condo was super clean and beautifully decorated. Had every thing we needed and more. Very easy making reservations and communicating about our upcoming vacation. Can’t wait to visit again.

What a beautiful place!! The condo was immaculate. It was girls week and it couldn’t have been any better. Oh the view! All the amenities were wonderful. We really enjoyed the pool and the tiki bar. So nice having it close. We especially liked the covered parking garage. Check in was so easy. Everything was so clean. We have found a new love of Panama City Beach! See you next year!!

This was our first time stay in this facility. The stay in 1-1101 was so absolute fantastic that we will be back in October. This condo was set up so well with all your needs. The shower in the master bedroom was fabulous and what a blessing to not have to go home with dirty clothing since the convenience of a washer and dryer. I believe in my entire traveling life I have to say this was the best.

This is a beautiful condo! Right on the beach and great view. Very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable and the AC works great - so much better than in a lot of places. Cool and quiet. Great place to relax and enjoy the beach and family. Would definitely love to come back!

This condo was perfect! It is centrally located in Panama City, it is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable beach get away! The view from the balcony is awesome! The Grand Panama Resort is maintaining this property well, I have stayed at this property twice in the last 6 months and I was very pleased both times with the property and the accommodations, I would highly recommend!

Gray time! Great place! Celebrated a big birthday with 6 girlfriends and it was great! Views were spectacular from the balcony! Coffee there every morning! Plenty of room, clean and friendly staff! Met other people staying in other condos and all had great fun!! Thanks for helping make this trip the best! We will definitely be back!! Great for families or just a girls trip!! You won’t be sorry!! Beds really comfy!!❣️

Tower 1-1101 was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ TOTAL PACKAGE! The most comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, and VERY CLEAN! Location is very convenient to some amazing restaurants. Beach view is beautiful. All amenity’s including pool, beach service and the tiki bar are top notch. Not to mention, effortless parking and lightning fast elevators. Our family can’t wait to come back!!

This condo is amazing!! Decorated beautifully and has a comfy home feel. Sitting on the balcony at night listening to the ocean was so relaxing. Easy walk to the beach and in a great spot close to great places to eat and things to do. Will definitely be back to stay at Tower 1-1101!!

Tower 1-1101!! BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!! CLEAN!! NEW MATTRESSES!! It has a spectacular picturesque view of the ocean, beautifully decorated, clean and roomy. All of the furniture was virtually new and comfortable. It felt like home & PERFECT for our family!The beach here is the most beautiful beach I have ever seen! I could see my toes clear in the water. The rental was effortless with no issues at all. We will definitely be back to Tower 1-1101. It was AWESOME! Thank you for making my stay feel like home!! We look forward to returning soon!

We had an amazing stay at grand panama 1-1101! the room was so clean and updated. The owner Charisse was amazing too. Great view, very clean and great location! The beds were super comfortable as well! we will definitely be back
