La Loba’s Bakery was founded in 1994 and purchased by new owners, Kyle Swift and Dallin Harris, in July of 2019. The name of the bakery changed from La Loba’s Bakery to Blue Mountain Bakery to bring a sense of pride and community to both the locals and tourists who enjoy the sandy beaches of Blue Mountain Beach.
Although under new ownership, our goal has and always will be to produce great tasting food using the freshest and best quality whole food ingredients available. 85% of our ingredients are certified organic. Why…? Because we are committed to supporting organic and sustainable farming methods, that we feel are essential to the health of our entire planet. We refrain from using products with artificial colors, preservatives, hydrogenated fats, high fructose corn syrup, chemicals or non-food substances. We focus on using only organic ingredients such as organic butter, sugar, and eggs and have many gluten-free items available.
