History Class brewers have developed several handcrafted beers that combine exquisite taste and history of Panama City and local heroes. For those that prefer a sweet taste try Jewel’s Hibiscus a fruit/wheat ale brewed with 15 pounds of local wildflower honey. The Hero is crafted in honor of a fallen hero of Lt Edwin Gorbe, a local legend.
