How did Panhandle Getaways become one of the best vacation rental property providers in Florida?

It all began with a few Sandestin properties in Destin, Florida in 1992. Ann Shank, the owner of Panhandle Getaways, managed several properties of her own with great success. As she spoke with other owners who were frustrated trying to gain their own bookings, she took them on as clients. 

Her unique owner perspective coupled with her successful business savvy became a driving force as other rental owners began to seek her services through word of mouth. Experiencing great success and with a growing number of owners, Panhandle Getaways incorporated and expanded to manage properties in Panama City Beach, 30A, Destin and the Forgotten Coast. 

Ann is extremely proud that four of her children now work full-time for Panhandle Getaways, making it a true family business.
