History Class Brewing Company

This relaxed local brewhouse is located in historic downtown Panama City, just over the Hathaway Bridge. They have developed several handcrafted beers that combine exquisite taste and history of Panama City and local heroes. For those that prefer a sweet taste try Jewel’s Hibiscus a fruit/wheat ale brewed with 15 pounds of local wildflower honey. The Hero is crafted in honor of a fallen hero of Lt Edwin Gorbe, a local legend. Frank Brown is another finely crafted brew in honor of an educator at Bay County schools known for the extra care for locals. 

The menu doesn’t stop at the beers on tap. There are several southern favorites to tempt your tastebuds like pretzels and beer cheese, whipped feta, pulled pork sammies, and Granny Dan’s Apple pie. History Class is kid-friendly with delicious non-alcoholic beverages like fresh watermelon juice & glass bottled sodas. This hidden gem brewery and tasting room always has something fun going on. They offer Open Mic nights, bingo nights, Paint and Pour events, live music, and more. Grab a bite and a pint with food truck menu items like delicious BBQ and bacon-wrapped hotdogs. This place has garnered rave reviews over the years. You may want to try the pink floaties, a fun summer drink, or a German chocolate beer. There are beer flights available to try a variety of their craft beers. Idyll Hounds Brewing Company

If you're looking to be amidst a true brewery pumping out high-quality libations, this is your spot off 30A. This brewery prides itself on using the finest ingredients. The story behind the making of this brewery started with the brewer spending his summers on the South Walton Beaches as a persistent homebrewer. After taking a seasonal job, which turned into a year he found his passion for brewing craft beer developing. In 2013 he opened his brewery on the Emerald Coast to share his love for craft beer with others. His tasty craft beer selections are sold by the pint or you may want to try a 4 or 9 flight. Grayton Beer Company

217 Serenoa Rd, Santa Rosa Beach

When you think of Grayton Beach, for most people Grayton Beer Company comes to mind. The brewhouse is located inside their 30,00 square-foot, state-of-the-art production facility in the heart of 30A. Enjoy a classic like their most popular beer, 30A Beach Blonde, or choose from over 20 unique beers on tap and get a chance to catch the team in action bottling and brewing. The laid-back atmosphere of the brewery is child and pet-friendly and has darts, cornhole, and lifesize jenga for everyone’s enjoyment. Odd Pelican Brewery

Flock into The Odd Pelican Brewery for a good time and an even better brew. The owner has spent 15 years flying around the country trying different watering holes to inspire his selection of craft beers at this brewhouse. During the wild ride of 2020, the brewery opened with their high-quality flavorful beer. To keep it fun, they constantly rotate their selection to have new and delicious flavors on tap. Some favorites are Black & Blueberry Odd Water, Cherry Limeade Kettle Sour, and Not Your Nana’s Double IPA. Beach Camp Brewpub
